Abstract

Workplace harassment is nothing new. It is a well-known and widespread social phenomenon through the history and has appeared in various forms of torture with the aim of destroying human dignity and hurting fundamental human rights. Nowadays, while human consciousness and knowledge are con- stantly expanding, this phenomenon is becoming widely known. Mobbing is a new coined term, which describes the psychological abuse of employees in the working environment. Countries are trying to pro- tect the victims of terror by legally establishing high penalties against mob. However, it is necessary to both educate and inform people at all levels in business world in order to avoid serious consequences that (workplace) abusing leaves behind. This disease of modern times not only destroys a man as a person, degrades his working ability and skills, but also affects his family life and social status. It is necessary to motivate employees to increase general productivity and their own contentment.
