QUALITY SYSTEM IN MARKETING

All activities on ensuring and improving the quality start marketing, because mar- keting and market research initial activity in the way of quality. Marketing role in ensuring and improving the quality of the product or service is very important, because if the marketing function of the company doesn’t recognize the demands of the market, and users of products or services, the result will be a product or service who will not able to meet the needs and ex- pectations of users. Quality system in the marketing supports a clear application of appropri- ate procedures ISO standards in this area. The paper presents the approach to the introduction of this system and the possibility of providing the level of quality in relation to the demands of the market and the environment as well as the company.
