OPTIMAL STOCK MANAGEMENT USING RADIO FREQUENCY IDENTIFIERS

This paper provides a comparative analysis of automatic identification technologies. The key advantages of applying RFID technology in inventory management are presented. RFID technology enables the transfer of accurate, complete and at all times available information about the status of the product (identification, location, processing stage, etc.), which contributes to reducing operational costs, improving quality, increasing productivity and customer satisfaction.
