Abstract

The expansion of the Internet has led to the integration of various communication services such as video communications, radio, TV. In this way, a large amount of data was generated. Initially, the media were copper cables that supported the relatively small traffic transfer, while fiber optic cables were increasingly involved today. This provides an opportunity for operators to limit service and introduce principles for charging fiber optic cables.
