THE ROLE OF HIGHER EDUCATION ON THE INFLUENCE OF ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL FACTORS, LEASING SECTOR OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA

Abstract

The role of higher education globally in the postwar period is a very important factor of modern business, especially in the context of globalization, which characterizes world economic processes in the early twenty-first century. The leasing sector is deeply affected by political, economic, technological and demographic changes .

The leasing sector appears as a new economic factor fot the new form of financing and undergoes constant changes that are shown in many different types of leasing operations. This presentation of the economic entity proposes the provisions of the Law on Leasing which regulate the leasing contract, the rights and obligations of leasing entities.

Furthermore, the current practice is analyzed, with special emphasis on the content and meaning of the general conditions of the contract in the current and future design of leasing operations. In this original research, we consider the legal regulation of financial leasing, its place in the capital market and all necessary activities in order for more successful and quality business of leasing companies.
