The moment COVID-19 hit the planet, there was a big change in the way people learn and work. Online learning has never been more important and we have witnessed drastic changes in the way Moodle is used around the world and region, along with the way we use technology to communicate. Before the emergence of the COVID-19 infection, educational institutions used remote learning platforms as an additional tool and aid to support the educational process. Isolation led to an increase in demands for the use of the platform's available resources, but also revealed some problems in its application. This paper talks about them and offers proposals and suggestions for solving them.
