THE IMPACT OF ECONOMIC CRISIS IN BiH

Abstract

The global economic crisis, which first appeared in the United States, has spread to the rest of the planet, and has not missed Bosnia and Herzegovina. The global economic crisis is manifested through the economic downturn, illiquidity of real sector, financing problems of current income, growth and development, depressed con- sumer spending and aggregate consumption, as well as a rise in unemployment.

The impact of the global economic crisis in developed countries, „the Western world“ and the consequences of this on them and that still leaves, realistically, cannot be compared with the effects of this on the economy and the ove- rall environment in BiH. Various forms of the crisis and its different intensities are present here for years.
