The insurance funds are greatly jeopardised by bad intentions causing exploitation of insurance or insurance fraud. This paper will deal with the possibilty of insurance fraud, as well as the measures that can help prevent the damage at work and make it more bearable. If the insurance fraud and abuse are to be discovered on time, it will have a significant impact on the liquidity of insurance companies. Therefore, it would also allow the premiums to become more favorable over time.
