The main objective of this paper is to present the way of business in Islam via different forms of partnership with the function of bank accounts and with the role of islamic modes of financing in Islamic business.As Islam states on the jamaat and mutual assistance in every sphere of the life,the function of business activities we can see via the examples of partnership based on sharias directives.The type of partnership involves among the partners depends on the nature of business and its objectives.Through all that business Islamic modes of financing based only on the halal transactions has the crucial role.
