ECONOMY INFLUENCE OF PRECISION FARMING ON IN- FIELD PRODUCTION

This paper evaluates how some of modern information technology, such as global positioning systems and geographic information systems has a potential to benefit the agricultural, especialy in-field production. The benefits from implementing this technology include increasing yield, reducing chemical inputs, preventing pollution, and many other benefits. The paper concens case studies conclusions, that examined level of savings in the application of the most modern technical systems for satellite guidance and control over performing agricultural operations throughout the season.
