APPLICATION OF DIAGNOSTIC METHODS IN EXPERTISE OF TECHNICAL CORRECTNESS OF MOTOR VEHICLES

In the world of expansion and application of information technologies, intelligent transport systems are increasingly used in all modes of transport. These systems have found wide application in road traffic (active and passive vehicle safety, automatic vehicle tracking, toll collection...). Due to the average age of the vehicle fleet of the Federation of BiH (17 years), the level of representation of these systems is at a very low level. This devastating situation in this segment of road transport is gradually being corrected, by enabling the import of only vehicles that comply with the ECE directives under the '58 Agreement. Namely, the mentioned ordinances primarily refer to active and passive safety on vehicles, environmental protection, general conditions of vehicle safety (protection against unauthorized use, power of the drive unit, speedometer, etc.).
