INVESTMENT IN SECURITIES WITH REFERENCE TO LONG-TERM BONDS

Contemporary financial flows are characterized by a growing trend of investing in financial assets or securities. The prerequisites for this type of investment are: a suitable offer of HoV, a developed financial market and the motivation of investors to invest their capital in this way. The fundamentals of HoV investing are portfolio theory and capital market theory. In this paper, an analysis of the basic characteristics of HoV long-term bonds was performed from the point of view of the market, yield, price and risk of investing in them. Also, the risk of investing in bonds was specially processed from the aspect of the most present risks, namely: credit, interest, monetary, exchange rate changes, and liquidity and recall risks.
